Super Collection O Rio Kondapur Near Rahavendra Colony

I like the price

I don't like the maintenance. Bedsheets and towels are very bad. AC is not working properly.

Staff were very friendly especially the person (during daytime) at the reception.

Some space / table / shelves could be provided to keep bags and suitcases.

The location was good and easy to find

I was charged extra money when I reached the location. They charged me 1500 Rs.And room service was very bad.I had to ask for basic things again and again and still didn't get it on time. The bedshits were not CLEAN.And table was also dirty

Awesome hotel and The staff were all very friendly and helpful Hotel was quiet, clean, welcoming and staff friendly and helpful. The bed was extra comfortable.

The hotel room was large comfortable and clean. Really loved the way their staff behaved. good hotel.

The place was decent. Staff members are good and cooperative. I had a comfortable stay Breakfast was good, room was nice clean.

Attentive and professional staff who made us feel like VIP guests. We had a baby with us so all the staff members helped us as per our request of baby like milk and other things. Staff behavior was very good

Rooms were clean and housekeeping was also good. Our stay was comfortable and hassle free. a nice cozy hotel. front office staff was really helpful and courteous. had a nice stay

NA

Hotel was friendly, reception was responsive. The staff was really supportive and accommodating. Room was good and manager was so corporative. Location was also good.

there wasn't any wi-fi that was an issue..

Very Good stay with affordable cost ❤️

Good Parking space, ambience Good, really good staff, very clean and neat property, also recommend for family & also go directly to property

Poor

Bedsheet are not clean, no clean towels, no handwash, no soap, nothing

Clean rooms

Not even providing water bottle and they asking extra money even I paid total amount...staff was not good at all & need to maintain fresh blankets.

Location and accessibility to the basic needs, groceries and restaurants...etc.

Charging extra money for no reason, otherwise room will be cancelled. When u travel with family and luggage, you wont have an option to cancel, just paid 50% of actual booking amount as extra and stayed. Didn't expect this in booking.com's properties.

I didnt even stay at the property… i booked for 31st going there was no rooms available. The owner didn’t support to us.

Worst .

The best part was that the building is brand new and everything is neat and clean.. you wont feel like a usual oyo.. great service and staff.

Location is good, room is decent

Not worth for 1200,they don't accept the price mentioned in booking.com
